As part of the implementation of the medium voltage transformer maintenance project for the eastern region, Global Electricity Services Company carried out the necessary maintenance work for the problems experienced by each of the power transformers No. (1) of the type (ENERRGOINVEST) with a capacity of (MVA5) and the power transformer No. (2) of the type (PAULEWS) with a capacity of (10 MVA) in charge of the Gamal Abdel Nasser base substation with a voltage of 30/11 kV from oil leaks, and other problems. The works provided include integrated maintenance that includes services such as finishing, cleaning, and treating corrosion and rust for the main tank, treating coolants and transformer accessories such as combustion insulators and valves, changing and replacing leakage arresters for the entire transformer, supplying and installing power transformer cables, conducting inspections on the main tank and The step changer, and several tests are conducted to ensure the safety of operation, and restoration and civil maintenance works for the station.
