Workshops

ICCI Workshop

In October 2021, the Renewable Energy Department participated in the workshop titled “Partnership between the private and public sector in the field of energy industry and services” that was organized by The Libyan Council for Oil and Gas and Renewable Energies, which was sponsored by the Ministry of Oil and Gas, the Government of National Unity and the General Electricity Company Of Libya (GECOL).

The participation had a significant impact as to affirm the Global Electricity Services Company’s (GESCO) role as an active member of the Libyan Council for Oil, Gas, and Renewable Energies, also to introduce the newly established department and reinforcing its presence in the local market of energy services.

Workshops

Private-Public Partnership in Energy Industry and Services

In October 2021, the Renewable Energy Department participated in a workshop entitled “Private-Public Partnership in Energy Industry and Services” organized by the Libyan Council for Oil, Gas, and Renewable Energies under the auspices of the Ministry of Oil and Gas, the Government of National Unity and the Libyan General Electricity Company.

Training Courses

In September 2021, The Renewable Energy Department contracted with Hepu lighting and Bluesun cooperation to gain a yearly permit to conduct training programs.
