The project of solar-powered lighting detectors in the southern Libyan municipalities in the municipality of Ubari, as well as Al-Gharifa and Bint Baya. The implementation of this project required many works, including mechanical, electrical, and finally, civil works that were necessary and required to install the columns through which the solar detector is installed at the required height.
