In 2019, Global Electricity Services Company was in charge of the maintenance of the 220/30 KV transformer station (the Garden) and was responsible for the mechanical, electrical, and civil works. mechanical work: • Maintenance of valves and air compressor (compressor) of the transformer firefighting system. • Maintenance of the central air conditioning system and the GIS unit. Electrical Works: • Maintenance of indoor lighting units • Maintenance and installation of external lighting units for the station Civil works: • Constructing a concrete road to the entrance to the station, starting with scraping, compacting, and subtracting backfill material and granular foundation, balustrade works, and laying column bases, ending with the installation of lighting poles and their connection to electricity. • Maintenance and painting of the station building from the inside • Maintenance and painting of the station building from the outside • Building an external facility for guards
