After the site inspections carried out by its employees, JESCO oversaw the supply of materials for repairing the exhaust chimney in Unit No. (16) of the Zueitina Gas Power Plant, its manufacture, CIF delivery, and the installation of Unit 16 (285 MW) in the power station, and chimney spare parts that consist of: 1- Full muffler baffles 2- Linings with thermal insulation 3- The required amount of buttons and nuts 4- Two (2) sets of expansion joints (two (2) rectangular expansion joints, and two (2) circular expansion joints) which are designed according to the “ASME STS 1” code for steel chimneys Scope of supply and business • Two (2) sets of rectangular expansion joints with inner bushings and required screws, nuts, and washers • Two (2) sets of circular expansion joints with inner bushings and the required screws, nuts, and washers • Exhaust duct liners, heat insulation, studs, and nuts • A full set of silencer baffles • All necessary materials, fabrication, and painting works • Civil and foundational design and site works • Painting work
