About Us:<\/h3>\n

The Global Electricity Services Company’s Training Department was established in 2021, to develop and implement a variety of training programs for the company’s employees, as well as, to provide Technical and Vocational training to local companies.<\/p>\n

The training department also offers various voluntary programs aimed at fresh graduates in order to qualify and prepare them to enter the labor market.<\/p>\n

The Training Department works with a professional group of local and worldwide training facilities and qualified trainers to share knowledge and provide high-quality, comprehensive, and professional training programs.<\/p>\n

  1. Expanding the scope of institutional collaboration between our company and its clients.<\/li>\n
  2. Reduce the unemployment rate and improve the efficiency of national elements by increasing productivity.<\/li>\n
  3. Strengthening the role of the Global Electricity Services Company in society by providing educational and training programs at the lowest cost and the best quality.<\/li>\n
  4. Developing and implementing educational and training programs for both public and private sector employees, as well as fresh graduates.<\/li>\n
  5. Develop plans for remote education for all professional programs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Objectives:<\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. Implement the technical courses of the contract (2007\/15)between the Global Electricity Services Company (GESCO<\/strong>) and the General Electricity CompanyOf Libya (GECOL<\/strong>) for Obari Station.<\/li>\n
    2. Becoming a certified center to implement ICDL courses. (WorkForce -Insights)<\/li>\n
    3. Becoming a certified center to implement Solar Systems Training Programs.<\/li>\n
    4. Study and meet the training needs of the company\u2019s employees and keep up with their development and progress.<\/li>\n
    5. Collaborate with educational institutions to recruit new graduates as a form of social support and help them transition into the workforce.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Facilities:<\/h3>\n

      The training department has various lecture halls, each with a capacity of ten trainees, and all of the necessary equipment, such as projectors and Internet modems.<\/p>\n

      The department is also equippedwitha full modern laboratory with a capacity oftencomputers, nine for the trainees and one for the trainer.<\/p>\n

      A solar power system has been installed in the last quarter of this year for application and hands-on training for the solar energy courses.<\/p>\n
